Its value lies not in novelty, but in how efficiently it lets people catch up and how well it rounds out the lineup. If you have never played it, this is an easy recommendation. If you have already played the original, the appeal drops off noticeably.

The truly replayable title in the Extra tier may actually be something like Monster Train, a game built for the long haul. Together with The Crew Motorfest, it represents two very practical kinds of subscription value: one offers system depth that supports repeated runs, while the other delivers easy, pick-up-and-play casual fun.
