Neotoys’ Unofficial 1/12-Scale Kratos Figure Includes God of War III Weapons

According to a report from Gamersky, Neotoys has displayed an unofficial 1/12-scale Kratos figure from God of War. The fan-made release includes the Nemean Cestus and Blades of Chaos from God of War III. The figure is rumored to cost approximately 598 RMB.

The figure features a seamless silicone body, articulated joints, two interchangeable head sculpts with movable eyes, and multiple pairs of interchangeable hands. The specifications are substantial, but Neotoys has no connection to Santa Monica Studio or Sony. This is an unauthorized fan product, so buyers would be taking a significant risk with nearly 600 RMB.

Compared with official God of War statues from Prime 1 Studio or Sideshow Collectibles, Neotoys’ figure is considerably cheaper. Those licensed products commonly cost more than 2000 RMB, but they also come with an official license and more predictable quality control.

Early renders can look better than the finished product, which may arrive with significant compromises. The rumored 598 RMB price looks accessible, but loose joints or rough paintwork could make saving for an official release the better option.

Players have already been discussing the figure on Reddit and Tieba, with most of the conversation centered on waiting for an unboxing review. Kratos became especially familiar to fans after God of War 4, and many are willing to pay for that nostalgia, but few want to gamble on unverified quality.

The practical advice is straightforward: unless you are a dedicated collector who can accept the risk, wait for reputable unboxing reviews before buying. Those reviews should confirm the actual build quality and help buyers avoid counterfeits.
