It's not a bad puzzle game. But the emphasis should be on PUZZLE. Due to the marketing I was expecting a more zen experience like unboxing. So much of the game offers itself as "organizing, with multiple solutions for puzzles, and sometimes a cute cat to fuss with". My experience was more "increasingly obtuse puzzles meant to stump you on purpose, and a cat that appears largely once you've beaten your head against a puzzle and solved it just to mess it up on purpose". It's a cute game, I don't entirely regret getting it. But it was NOT remotely what I had wanted going into it. Which is a shame, since the first few puzzles hit that satisfying spot. But it soon turned to 'there is one RIGHT way to do this' solutions, and I found myself struggling to interpret what the creator thought was a "satisfying" solution versus what I thought looked appealing. By the last chapter, all the stages are metaphysical challenges (spoilers : one has you moving a mirror to arrange items specifically how they appear in the reflection, in order to match) with hard "there is One Right Way to solve this" answers. I hadn't bought this looking for a game that was "oops all adventure room point and click game puzzles". I wanted something more like Unpacking that perhaps had solutions but freeform and relaxing enough to not feel like I was fighting the game just to finish it. Also, that tupperware end scene went on for WAY too long.Show moreShow less
I will leave the cat here, so that everybody who passes by can pet it and give it a thumbs up and awards /> フ | l /` ミ_xノ / | / ヽ ノ │ | | | / ̄| | | | | ( ̄ヽ_ヽ)__) \二つ Edit: of all the thoughtful and well constructed reviews I've ever released, of course the copy-pasted award bait that I posted in the middle of the night because I wanted steam points is by far my most popular. Saw a Tik Tok of this game. Some dude putting stuff in boxes trying to make it fit. Thought ah, yes, something to please my inner extra-perfection itch. Sadly it only had a few of these type puzzles. Left utterly disappointed. And of course the game is on a lil sale after i buy it full-price. The game itself is very short. It starts with easy solutions, then moves into some-what more thinking puzzles and the end? what the hell is with the end? It felt like devs just ran out of ideas or were in a rush to get somewhere. Cause last chapter was just not it. Especially since the game itself is short, the end should've been more worked on, to get that rewarding feeling or something. DLC felt more like what i expected from this game. Yet again, short, but it filled the holes main game had. The price is way too much for such game. If you really want this game I suggest waiting for a sale. It is overpriced for what you getting. It should've been the price of DLC, though DLC was kind of worth those pennies comparing their game-DLC price ratio. Daily tidy is something else man. You would expect, since you have to do 100 of them for the achievement, it would be something different each day, to make you want to do them each day. Something cool, unique and thinking required to make you turn on you PC, launch the game only for the daily tidy and go on about your day, and do that all over again for 100 days. Wrong. The puzzles are the easiest and shortest ones taken out of the main game, changed a bit (different colors, objects) and repeats themselves every other day for 100 days. Luckily you can manipulate it by manually changing date on your PC, so that you don't have to wait and spare your time for those 100 days Overall the game is not worth its price. Few puzzles were interesting, and others - mid.Show moreShow less

I am the target audience for this kind of game. I LOVE (!!) tidying things up, organizing, arranging, I could truly do it all day long. Unfortunately this game is not as focused on organization as it seems at first glance. Some puzzles are perfectly challenging and amazingly satisfying. At its best this game is a true relaxing experience. But I found myself more frustrated than anything with a lot of this game. It's opaque in some cases, with solutions that made me upset instead of nodding along. Not "Of course! I should've seen it all along!" but "What the hell?? Who thinks like this?!" It is beautifully animated, the art direction is absolutely lovely and contributes to the puzzles so well. I wish I could recommend this experience. But after frustration led me to quit and walk away from this very short game over and over, I cannot call this experience satisfying or even fun. Death to the clock puzzleShow moreShow less
Delightful pattern-solving logic puzzler with heart and humour * My VERY BEST recommendation * What it isn't: another 'Unpacking' (no, it really is NOT), a 'cat game', a decorating/tidying-and-arranging-things-as-you-like-it game. What it is: an observational, logical-pattern solving puzzler, with easy-to-medium difficulty, GREAT artwork, lovely&soothing soundtrack, a charming-but-disruptive cat that pops by from time to time (Rookie!! yes, you can pet him, sometimes...), a great deal of personality, a warm sense of humour and a distinctive 'internal puzzle logic'. Yes, I know the store blurb says 'tidying', but this is a sorting-by-rules game, and NOT a game for expression of personal preferences or your personal logic of how-I-would-do-this-in-real-life. If that's what you're expecting, you will likely be frustrated and disappointed. For many puzzles the main challenge is to figure out what the goal of the puzzle IS, rather than managing to do it after you've figured out the goal. So if you need your puzzle games to 'tell you what it wants done', then this may not be a good fit for you. A GOOD GAME FOR: Will work best for people who have patience, an eye for detail, and logical mind to figure out the goal or pattern of the particular puzzles. Great game for all kinds of people, and all ages. Casual and warm-hearted. Works fine on even simple gear. Easy to dip in and out of, for shorter or longer stretches. Many of the puzzles in the game are easy, but some aren't. Note that this is NOT a game with a smooth ramp-up, the very easy and the more complex are scattered throughout. (There is a Skip, so you can always get back to a stuck one later on). IN-GAME HINTS: These have been improved since the first launch, and are now very good. And in the June 2025 update, there are now in-game hints also for the Daily Tidy puzzles. GAME FORUM: By now a very enthusiastic fan base has made Guides for, well... just about everything :-). The forum Discussions is a friendly place, and easy to get helpful advice. Also - if you're stuck anywhere - USE the Guides, and the Search function in Discussions, and the in-game Hints. Most likely whatever you're facing is not a bug, and almost certain to have been discussed/explained already. DEVS: Super helpful and attentive devs - any bugs or glitches sorted out quickly, always helpful with advice, and have been releasing updates and new content ongoing since launch. As per June 2025, no new content will be made for the game, devs say. But they are still keeping their eye on the game forum, bug reports, any technical difficulties etc, so the game is not being abandonded, even if devs are moving on to other projects :-). Bug report thread on the Steam game forum, so no tedious redirecting to a Discord if you need help. If you've read very early reviews you may have seen comments about some problems, mostly to do with achievements. Those bugs have all been sorted out in later fixes. DAILY TIDY: As part of the main game you also get your very own Daily Tidy puzzle of the day. Every player gets a different one, but within a common theme for that day (17 different categories). Easy-to-medium, with many puzzle types being quite easy, and some more complex. Meant to be solved in 1/2 minute to 5 minutes kind of thing - a little bit of sunshine in your day :-). They drop at midnight, as the date changes in your timezone, so you have only 24 hrs to solve each one. DLCs: In addition to main game, also 2 pay-for DLCs, out in June 2023 and in June 2024. After a last release of (free) content and an update of the game with some new features on 26 June 2025, devs have announced there will be no further content made for this game. We're sad to see that the journey's over, but it had to end some time, and I'll be looking out for devs's next game... SETTINGS etc: All that you would expect - sounds, graphics, toggles to show stuff, vibrate on/off, tap-to-hold, cursor assist, etc. Reset/replay, skip, level select, in-game Hint . You can reset levels in settings to collect missing achievements, without losing ones already gained (like the No Hint and Use Hint ach's). And without affecting your Daily Tidy count. Can be played with controller, Steam deck, kb/m, touchscreen. Non-gated progression in the main game - all levels available from start. (Thank you!). But the latest DLC is gated to some degree. A very few levels and achievements require a bit of speed, but was very doable even for this old lady with gnarly hands and slow reflexes on simple gear. COLOUR ASSIST MODE: New in the 26 June 2025 update, the game now feautures a 'colour assist mode' to help players with colour perception issues. In colour assist mode, some of the levels have different solutions to the 'normal' ones. The in-game Hints have been updated, so they show solutions for the Colour Assist Mode if you have it turned on. But NOTE that (so far) the player-made guides in the Guides section only show the 'standard' levels and solutions. Most be will be the same anyway, but for solutions that are purely colour-based in the main game, the Colour Assist mode solutions will be different. Use the in-game Hints if you need help. Plus an ARCHIVE of 'Seasonal Special Daily puzzles' from the game's early days so they can be played/replayed in your own time. ACHIEVEMENTS: Many are tied to chapters and levels solved, some to odd things you have to find for yourself. And a handful are tied to the Daily Tidy puzzles. NOTE for Completionists: Some achievements are tied to number of Daily Tidy puzzles - the biggest of these is the '100 total' (non-consecutive), and the '30 days consecutive'. Some people say they find the 30-day streak stressful because of the 24-hr window for each puzzle, so be aware of this issue if you're an avid achievement completionist. After the June 2025 update, you can now skip a day and still keep your Daily Streak, so that relieves some of the time pressure for this achievement. Also, it's a REALLY good idea to play the whole game through FIRST, before attempting the Daily streak, as all the Daily puzzle types are in the main game and best approached after understanding the 'internal logic' of the game's puzzles. Also note that the DLCs have ach's, and that Steam achievements work so that they can't count separately to the main game ach's. So if you don't go for the DLCs, then you won't be able to 100% the game. (It's a Steam thing, not a dev thing!) Specific QoL: - Colour issues: In the June 2025 update, devs have introduced a new colour assist mode, to help people with colour perception issues. Puzzles that previously relied on colour alone, now have added characteristics like patterns, tags, detailing, etc, to help with finding solutions. - Hearing: Works fine for people with hearing issues, no puzzles depend on sound (although the soundtrack is very lovely) - Neurodivergence issues : Some players with selfdescribed neurovariation, OCD, etc., have praised the game as very soothing and satisfying. While others have reported being unhappy with things like Rookie the cat disrupting a solve (yes, he does that sometimes!), or having to follow the puzzle's internal logic instead of their own, or the stressor of the 24-hr window for the Daily Tidy puzzles. If you're unsure if the game will be a good fit for you, then I advise reading through pos. and neg. reviews before buying. (And keep in mind the 2-hr-in-the-game limit for Steam refunds). Arachnophobia warning: One of the puzzles in the main game features a spider, and which appears suddenly. It's quite cute, but may be too much for people with spider issues. One of the Daily Tidy puzzle categories is also this type of puzzle. Devs have toned down how much the spider appears in the game, but it's not completely avoidable. Yes, I'm a HUGE fan - I guess it shows :-DShow moreShow less
I wish Steam offered middle-ground reviews, this is a maybe. I RECOMMEND the game if you really think you'll like it and if it's on sale. I DON'T RECOMMEND the game however, because there simply isn't enough content for the price, some solutions are repeated multiple times and some puzzles are super finicky. It's cute though and the idea was good!Show moreShow less
It's fun, but I find it annoying that it immediately heads to the next puzzle every time, even when there are more ways to complete the one that you are on. It would be nice if there was an option so that it always brings up the "replay, levels, or next" screen when finishing a puzzle.Show moreShow less
As a colourblind player I feel let down. The game itself is very fun and relaxing. The puzzles are short, but clever. The art style is cute and cosy. The game has literally everything going for it. Well, until you get to the levels where you need to sort things by colour, after which the puzzles become literally impossible due to the earlier mentioned art style. At least for a player like me. My level of colourblindness isn't even all that intense, so I can only imagine how bad it is for someone with an even more sever case! I get going for a soft muted pastel adjacent colour scheme, but if you're going to do that knowing players will sort things by colour, the very least you could do is add a colourblindness setting in the menu. That feature has become quite standard in gaming and would not be hard to implement. Either that, or make things that you sort by colour more distinct via hue, saturation, intensity etc. Again, the levels are short and easy, so it's not a game ending road block. You can just brute force a solution eventually. That being said, it does really ruin what is supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience. I know the game has been out for a little bit now, but I still hope this'll be addressed at some point in the future in some way.Show moreShow less
