I enjoy the concept, and i want to give this game a "like" but i want my opinion viewed and taken into consideration. so here are a few of my thoughts. -Time to gamble is very rushed, i feel each round needs to be a min of 10 minutes -There is zero point to go over quota, they need to make it so there is a point to reach for the stars and not being punished by a massively raised quota. I THINK AND FEEL that quota needs to be raised at a semi fixed rate, (previous quota x 2.5) AND let players keep the excess money!!! WELL WHAT TO DO WITH THE EXTRA???? use the extra as a reward to upgrade your house, beds, decore, ect, make house upgrades come with bonus's for the whole run. LIKE bed upgrade = 10% bonus luck. THIS GIVES THE PLAYERS the feeling of purpose and reward rather than punish players with a massive qouta if they go above and beyond, OR make tickets used for items and MONEY used for permanant run upgrades like luck, more time, ect. WELL WHAT DO WE DO AS DEVS SO PLAYERS DONT EXPLOIT MONEY!!! HERES WHAT ID DO!!! If a player is above quota BY 200% MAKE SECURITY START HUNTING THEM to kick them out!!! (like irl for winning to much lol) Players then would need to use the bats or other items to temperarily knock out security while trying to gamble more and more to upgrade your house or something THE TICKET SYSTEM!!!!! if bonus 200% rewards the same tickets 5 AS 44000% IT FEELS USESLESS!!!!! why do extra??? MAKE TICKETS SCALE!!!! 100%-200% = 5 tickets, 400-500% =10 tickets, 1000% bonus above qouta HAVE 20 Tickets or something, some sort of reward for succeding!!! PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS take this as a positive review and plsssssss take into consideration of what we want <3 its a fun game with friends but i want it to feel rewarding and something to invest to, this game relys wayyyyy to much in being coop, if there isnt any changes then solo players would lose interest in this game, its not fun solo cus theres no rewared ot progression,Show moreShow less

Good game really fun. NEEDS A SANDBOX MODE WITH ALL GAMES AND NO TIME LIMITShow moreShow less
Had a lot of fun and beat the game twice with friends. But the use of Gen AI was never disclosed, and I would not have made the purchase had it been. I'll use an example for my thinking here: If a vegan orders a veggie burger, they expect a veggie burger. If someone orders a dish that is pork free for religious reasons, they expect it to be pork free. When there is no mention of Gen AI usage on the Steam Store page, I expect the game to have been made WITHOUT the planet-killing theft-machine. For people who mention the price being low and that I had fun playing it... You simply don't get it. I would not have spent money on this had I known they used Gen AI. Period.Show moreShow less
I bought this game thinking "haha funny gambling with the boys." Three hours later I'm on my knees in a Discord call screaming "YOU ABSOLUTE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DONKEY" while my best friend sold my virtual kidney to buy a +3 luck dildo from the shady merchant on floor 4 The gameplay loop is simple: you and your friends share one sad little bank account while a demonic loan shark breathes down your neck. Every run is 5 minutes of pure chaos — betting everything on red, buying cursed items that make the slot machines piss blood, and watching your homie "accidentally" bet the entire group fund on a rigged game of War because "bro I felt it in my balls." The voice chat integration is lethal. Nothing bonds people quite like collective financial ruin. I now know exactly which of my friends would sell me to human traffickers the second the balance hits -87k. (It's Tritus. It's always ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Tritus) This game isn't just "haha silly casino game." This is psychological horror disguised as a party title. I haven't spoken to my friends in two days. One of them changed his Steam name to "I Hope You All Die Broke." Another sent me his life savings in Venmo with the note "never let me play this again."Do I recommend it? Absolutely. 10/10. Buy it immediately. Invite your closest friends. Watch your relationships crumble in real time like a beautiful, degenerate snowflake. My only complaint is that there's no in-game child support payment option. Yet. Verdict: Will make you hate the people you love in the funniest way possible.Show moreShow less
Suggestion to make a mode with unlimited time, the fun of slowly getting back from the zero is way more fun that trying to do X in 5 minutes all the time as it just gets too boring quickly after you find a strat that work Overall runs well and interesting ideas but overly restrictive, as a lot of these games, they tend to put a time limit which actually kills repleyability and a friendly conversations and hangout with your friends that the games like this supposed to bring rather than you joining friends to grindShow moreShow less
10/10. Would lose everything again. But the sentence “trust me, this will work” will haunt me for the rest of my life.Show moreShow less
When I first heard the term "Friendslop", I was appalled and confused. Really? That sounds like something a sad and lonely person would say. It was such a poignant term that I couldn't help but think of it in the back of my mind, while playing Lethal Company, playing R.E.P.O, playing PEAK, et cetera. Still, I kept it on the backburner of silent ridicule within my mind. I was, after all, enjoying the games I was playing, even if they marketed on the same general trend. Gamble With Your Friends is the first game I have ever experienced where I couldn't help but relinquish my vocabulary to include this asinine word at the very tip of my tongue at every second of every minute I "played" this... product. It is nothing more, not to me, not to the developers, not to anybody. Utterly soulless, utterly mindless, and utterly substance-less. My only credit is that this game is exactly as advertised. You Gamble With Your Friends™! That's about it. You would think that a game centered about gambling would be right up my alley, given the fact that XCOM 2 is one of my favorite games ever. I call XCOM a "game" instead of a "product" because it requires a functioning cerebral cortex, largely opposed to Gamble With Your Friends, which was made to capitalize on the still remaining lobotomy victim population, and contains not but a few ways to slightly alter the house odds towards your favor. All you see in the trailer is the entire gameplay, other than a few little power-ups. This is all I have to say about the gameplay- because there is none. What about the other part? The part that takes up three-fourths of the game's title? The friends? Absolutely nothing changes gameplay-wise with friends. For the product itself, you may as well actually play it solo. Great, there are other little avatars in the room with you. There's also proximity chat, which ALSO adds absolutely nothing gameplay-wise, other than making it such that you can't even interact with some of your friends playing other games in other corners. Muting proximity chat and talking in discord subtracts absolutely nothing from the experience. It's not like you even have anything notable to talk about. "Oh, I won!" "Damn, I lost!" How exciting. If these few features add nothing to the game- why do they exist? It's because these features are part of some sort of checklist for these "friendslop" games, as if R.E.P.O, the main organ donor for this amalgamation, is some sort of divine bastion of game design. Proximity chat? Check. Object physics? Check. Tools to "le epically troll" your friends? Check. The particular item purchasing system? Snatched. There's even direct references to R.E.P.O and other games of similar caliber, as if it thinks it's part of the team. Who invited this guy? God, and the humor as well. I also used to find gambling jokes funny. Just 1.3 hours burned it out of me. This product reminds me of a band kid that has one (1) hit compared to a billion misses when it comes to his jokes. Instead of getting out while he was ahead, he instead decides to make it his entire personality. Interacting with this product is like listening to the Soviet Union anthem on the school bus on full blast. It also says "6 7" next to the bar. Isn't that funny, kids? We're tapped in too! It's entirely up to your friends to make you laugh, which can be accomplished without blowing up to eight dollars on this slop. There's also some allegations of AI usage when it came to developing this game. Most of the negative reviews seem to focus on that. I am not surprised. If anything, AI should have improved this game somehow. Make it suggest better gameplay or something. Instead, they made it create some ♥♥♥♥-ugly derivative art-style, most likely with other "friendslop" games mashed into its input. It took only an hour and twenty-two minutes to make me tired of looking at this. It doesn't even run well! How do you manage to poorly optimize THIS? The most amusement I have extracted from this game is found in a gloriously ironic statement made at the bottom of this Steam store page- "We’re TENSTACK -a small collective making creative, digestible games. A digestible game respects your money and time, is built around one strong idea, and doesn’t overstay its welcome. Our goal: games you can finish in a couple of sessions -without feeling stuffed". "Creative"? Hell no. "Respects your money and time"? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. See the run fail cutscene. "One strong idea"? Gambling with a house edge is a poor idea, not helped by a worse execution. "Doesn't overstay its welcome"? See the previous paragraph regarding the "band kid" allegory. Thank the lord that I can refund this thing, but it's regrettable that I don't get any reparations for wasted time. Nevertheless, the success of this product will only spawn more "friendslop", with what I'm sure will be with considerably less effort, which is actually saying a lot, since this game is not too far off of a skeleton. With that being said... I would like to announce a new indie title, "Watch Paint Dry With Your Friends"! It's currently in development and will be released when my ChatGPT message limit refreshes tomorrow. Patent pending.Show moreShow less
