My review used to say "Don't play this, the netcode sucks" Well the netcode is fine now. At least in my experience. However, I can't find ANYONE at all to play against. On every single filter, I have to wait 20 minutes to get a game. My friends aren't even that lucky. That said, if you have friends, this is a game to get. It is fuuuun. It's so fun, that I hate how difficult it is to find a public game. Why can't I host a public game? Why can't I have an open slot for a stranger if I have two friends? Speedrunners does this perfectly. Why can't it be the same here. I rate this a neutral or horizontal thumbs. But that's not an option so I rate this a "NO" on the recommendation, with the exception being if you have 3 other friends, it's a must buy. Hopefully the community comes back one day but I doubt it.Show moreShow less
"Let's make a 2D game that's like tennis with dodgeball, and every time you hit the ball it gets faster" "Cool, but what's the speed cap?" *laughs*Show moreShow less

IT'S JET SET SUPER SMASH PONG. THERE'S A KID WITH A MASSIVE BASEBALL BAT. THERE'S A CHICK WITH A BASS HAMMER. THERE'S A ROBOT WITH A SKATEBOARD. THERE'S A CROCODILE WITH HEADPHONES. THERE'S A WALMART MASCOT PACMAN WITH CLASS. NEED I SAY MORE?Show moreShow less
Single player is worthless, the bot AI is so useless it's scary. But this game isn't about playing with bots, right? It's about playing with people. Don't get me wrong, LOCAL multiplayer is GREAT. Lots of fun. However, online multiplayer is absolutely the worst online gameplay of anything ever. The controls become completely unresponsive with connections of anything above 20-ish ping. In this day and age, when the majority of multiplayer gaming happens online, you'd think your netcode would be something important. I can't reccomend this game, because the only real way to play is with others, and with others it becomes impossible to play due to poop netcode. Stay away.Show moreShow less

While the gameplay is very good, there simply isn't many people playing online (in my experience). If you have friends that play this game it is well worth it but otherwise you'll be stuck playing with bots.Show moreShow less

TLDR; Amazingly fun and replayable competitive online game plagued by HORRIBLE connections. Unnaceptable that a game of this low of graphical fidelity would have such terrible connection / lag issues.Show moreShow less
