You have a VERY VERY severe problem with the security in your game. Anybody with 0 experience, could learn to reverse engineer this game in 3-4 hours, and modify things such as cards, turns, bullets left to kill, etc. NOTHING is protected, and EASILY modifiable in runtime. Now this may not seem like a big deal for a game like this, but when you can meet people that can easily give themselves 5 of a given card every turn, modify their "bullets left to kill" to 200, so that they can never die, and skip other players turns, then it becomes a problem for other players trying to have fun in your game. To the developers: I highly suggest you set up server infrastructure, that enables you to have full server authority over important things, such as cards, turns, bullets left to kill, etc. If the above mentioned is too expensive, you need to consider the following things if you wanna run things client side: - Code obfuscation: Transform the game's code into a version that's difficult to understand or reverse-engineer. - Memory encryption and integrity checks: Encrypt sensitive variables in memory and regularly check their integrity. - Anti-tamper mechanisms: Detect and respond to attempts to modify the game's executable or memory. - Runtime code compilation: Compile critical parts of the game logic at runtime. - Dynamic variable management: Regularly change the memory addresses and names of critical variables during runtime. - Server-side validation lite: Implement minimal server-side validation to check for impossible or highly improbable game states. - Obfuscated Asset Bundles: Protect game assets that might contain data about cards or game mechanics. - Cheat Detection Algorithms: Implement algorithms that detect abnormal gameplay patterns indicative of cheating. - Player Reporting System: Allow players to report suspected cheaters. Any of these methods above, will strengthen you security client side, and will make the skillgap for reverse engineering your game harder, and more time consuming, which might deter many from trying. I hope to see you have more focus on this in the future, as from my own "testing", i've seen that a lot of players are actually closet cheaters. Which is a shame, cause the game is great fun when people play fair.Show moreShow less
Hey devs ;> hope you see this feedback Im writing to suggest what I think would be the best idea for your game! Id really love to see a Mafia mode added soon with several different roles and ideally, to expand the table to handle anywhere from 8 to 12 players, which would make it a lot more fun and allow for more roles. When night falls, all the lights in the bar should go out, and only the players who share the same role should be lit up, so it's clear who your partner is. After that, it would be the classic game of Mafia. I'd also love to see all kinds of cosmetics, like a farmer's hat for the pig and so on. Now a request to the community: please back this post up so the developers notice it! Thanks for reading!Show moreShow less
It's a great game with a great immersive aspect to it. Great game for friends to get together and shoot the ♥♥♥♥ with eachother. However... I cannot recommend that you play this game from a public lobby with randoms. Hackers run rampant and are allowed to look at your cards, connect to your PC, change the odds, change their own cards, the list goes on. Buyer beware right now -- the game is very insecure and the P2P networking model allows anyone to have a connection to your PC.Show moreShow less
Great game. However, I'd like to see in the future the use of no AI voices. Hire some VA's and I'll be happy. Oh also add a way to import custom character models and environments.Show moreShow less
Liar's Bar is characterless cash grab streamer bait game made with AI. Presumably people gave this the 'innovative gameplay award' ironically, because it's just dudo/liar's dice with online multiplayer. If you want a review of the classic game of Liar's dice, then its a pretty fun game to play with friends. Calling peoples bluffs, getting away with lying and the increasing bets are entertaining enough, despite the simplicity of the game. There's fun to be had, Liar's Bar is just poor execution.Show moreShow less
this is already a great game i just want to suggest that when you start the game there are other live tables being played around you and you can hear the gunshots and stuff but except their voice chats, this would for sure help make the game feel even more adrenaline rushing.Show moreShow less
Was cool until the devs decided to spit in the faces of voice actors by sticking to AI voices only. Placeholders until you get funds or volunteers is one thing, but I just can't support these devs anymore. Sucks how creatives don't care about other creatives nowadays.Show moreShow less
Great game very fun. Wish it had workshop support for custom games & charactersShow moreShow less
Games fun! especially with friends, but if you play with randoms and the host loses, he usually just quits and the game ends instantly, not fun for anyone.Show moreShow less
