First of all, this this is not a game but an application for time management and planning. It has: 1) Pomodoro timer. 2) TODO list. 3) Space for random notes. 4) Calendar planner. 5) Cute anime girl working in parallel with you to help you stay focused. 6) She also tells motivational stories about her own troubles. 7) Lo-Fi music. 8) Customizable white noise (nature, animals, air conditioner, etc). 9) Gamification of work. It's just a well-done app with good UI and with everything you needShow moreShow less
I'm a little confused as to who this is supposed to appeal to. It seems to want to be part game and part productivity toolset. But there's almost no gameplay, and the tools are so hilariously primitive that I can't imagine using these to manage my life or work. When I want to play a game, I want to engage with it in an immediate, ongoing way. When I want to be productive, I have far better tools that I've already invested in, that I've put all my data into, and that interconnect with each other. For me, this is only really viable as a 2nd monitor app, so I can hear some simulated sounds of someone working next to me, I guess? And it has a pomodoro timer which I guess I could use that instead of my other one. But my 2nd monitor is already full of stuff, so this app is buried in the background until that timer goes off. Then I could use the break to interact a little (as the game slowly feeds new interactions over time). So it's a background noise maker and timer, and I have the option of taking a break every half hour for a minute or so of gameplay. I guess that's the core feature? Finally, the voice is only Japanese, which I don't speak. When she speaks, I'm almost never just sitting there staring at her; I'm on my other monitor or a different window. So I hear her, but I don't see the subtitle; by the time I tab over to the app, I've missed it. If it had an English voice option, it would be so much closer to what they intended. I don't know. It's cute and all. But I don't think this fits my gaming or productivity needs. And the language barrier keeps it from being a vibe thing for me. Someone closer to the target demographic would maybe like it. If that's you, then try it out.Show moreShow less
As an unemployed person like me, this app really helps keep me company while I’m learning new skills. At least now I can say I’m unemployed but I have a study buddy and it doesn’t complain about me. 10/10 amazing appsShow moreShow less
Good work background game, but questionable privacy policy: They collect a heap of personal data, which you agree to have shared with Google for advertising. Also, you are asked to create an account for their company when playing the first time, which I haven't found a way to skip. I think this game could work fully offline; there is no need for all that. I think that the fact that there being data collection on top of the fact that you already bought the game with money is questionable at best. Avoid. From their FAQ: On the Steam version, you can play in offline mode unless you link your account. (For your first login, please start the game from the “Create Account” button.) However, please note that once you link your account, you will be switched to online mode. Even if you unlink your account, you will remain in online mode.Show moreShow less
The only woman that isn't scared of me And the only one who talks/understand me 11/10Show moreShow less
As soon as I opened the app, I wanted to add my music to a playlist. But it turns out the most basic and simple feature isn't there—you can't create playlist groups! I can't create my own playlist; I can only add my music to one large playlist and that's it. This is something this app desperately needs. I hope the developers see my comment and add this feature, and then I'll change my review immediately.Show moreShow less
I’ve already spent dozens of hours with this app, and I know I’ll be using it for a long time. The white noise and soft background music are incredibly calming — perfect for studying or working. I usually keep it open on my second monitor, and it has quietly become an essential part of my daily workflow. What I love most is how well-balanced everything is. A lot of similar apps try too hard with flashy interactions or loud music, and they end up distracting me instead of helping. But this one never steals the spotlight. The atmosphere, the character, the music — everything stays gentle, supportive, and perfectly in the background. The app is also surprisingly feature-rich. The built-in task list and notes are super helpful for staying organized without switching tools, and having everything in one place feels incredibly convenient. The character herself is wonderfully designed. She’s warm and comforting, never intrusive, and her interactions feel natural rather than overwhelming. The story moments are subtle but surprisingly immersive. I honestly want to solder this app onto my desk forever. It has become part of my routine, and I’ll keep using it whenever I study or work. Huge recommendation. And if the devs ever add a wallpaper mode, that would make it absolutely perfect. ❤️ [Update]: Just wanted to add that this app uses real-time rendering instead of simple video loops. The visuals are great, but it’s definitely a bit of a resource hog. If you're planning to use this on a laptop while working "on the go" without a charger, it’ll drain your battery a lot faster than you'd expect. Really hoping for a proper wallpaper mode or a low-power background option soon, because right now it’s a bit tough to use for mobile productivity.Show moreShow less
Not good for productivity because you have to start Steam and open it first and the AI generated voice gives me goosebumps. It would be a good app if it was made into an interactive desktop background with no unlocks and they hired an actual voice actress but istead we get this slop because they either want to cheap out on the main features or because they are lazy. Even a vocaloid would be better...Show moreShow less
Waiting for this app to be able to play songs from spotify playlists, but so far it's been good as a music player appShow moreShow less
Causes my machine to heat up when in contrast to all the actual "gaming" that I do, I have never seen my gear get that hot.... It's supposed to be an idle, pomodoro timer productivity deal... there is literally no reason for something this supposedly basic, to cause my MacBook Pro M3 Pro, to get so hot that it heats up my room. People on the forums speculate that this is a crypto miner, and I even chimed in on that thread with my temps and observations, but they deleted my comments, and locked the threads. For myself, that says it all... Do not install this. Truly folks, just use a timer app on your phone. You will literally be more productive by not wasting ram, disk space, and gpu utilization from this app that does nothing for you... You have been warned.Show moreShow less
