Bug happened, and when i reported it to the developer on Discord, he banned me. Edit: 10 people including the developer insulted and disrespected me for hours (ManicMice said "get good, you suck."), only to be hypocrites and blame me for defending myself about it. I would refund this game, but unfortunately have too many hours on it. Edit 2: I recorded the 30 minute game session and reported the bug, you told me to "get good" and didn't provide any real feedback. You then allowed multiple people to spam why im "bad" at the game i was literally speedrunning. This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerable, and it's the kind that ruined DrApeis' Love Letter. It is disgusting that this is how one treats people for experiencing a bad product one out of a couple hundred times. I didnt spam at all, it was infact the developer and the 10 people who insisted on saying i have bad eyesight, and am trash. I was only defending myself, which obviously was to no avail.Show moreShow less

Edit: After scrolling through the reviews, it seems like most of the positive reviews are either paid/fake or just trolls. I refunded this game live on stream. My friends and I play a lot of horror games on Twitch, and we are generally very generous when it comes to refunding/reviewing games. This game however is the most rushed and unpolished game I have ever played on stream. It's just a blatant rip off of Devour/Pacify, but with more bugs and less content. The Lunch Lady is not remotely scary, the only "scare" in the game is when your hitboxes collide and her face is instantly pushed onto your screen with a loud jumpscare sound (Which is not "real" horror). The sound design in the game is not polished, as you can hear the lunch lady through floors, and the spatial audio is not actually working correctly (as in you can't actually judge where she is by listening, as the spatial audio is not programmed correctly). All in all, if you have 1 hour and 3 friends to play the game with, and you don't mind going through a refunding process, then go for it. If not, then don't bother supporting lazy devs who just want a quick buck out of you.Show moreShow less

I genuinely cannot understand how this game has "very positive" reviews right now. Most of the reviews are just memes or jokes. This is actually one of the worst games I have ever played as it has nothing going for it. It isn't scary, and it is more tedious than it is fun. You go from room to room looking for pages or keys and you don't even have to worry about the enemy since she can get stuck in a door or lose you because you walk into a room right in front of her. The first game I played, we spent almost an hour looking for a key that we assume just didn't spawn, because we checked every room and corner at least 5 times. The game has no replayability, and the in-game voice chat is extremely quiet even maxed out (which has apparently been fixed). This game is a straight Pacify/Devour clone and screws it up in every way. Seriously, just avoid this one. Edit: After reading comments, I decided to add a bit more to this review for some things that may not have been very clear. I did play with a friend, and we both agreed with each other on how we felt about the game. It's not that this game CAN'T be fun, it's just that in its current state, it just is not fun. Also, we did complete the game. We had to start a new attempt since the keys did not properly spawn, but the second run was a complete repeat of the first run, which is why I can safely say the replayability of this game is extremely low. Neither of us got salty/angry at the game. Quite simply, it was just boring. The game can be slightly frightening for maybe 5 minutes until you realize how awful the AI is. Hopefully with some updates this game can be really fun, but currently it is not a fun experience.Show moreShow less
Lunch Lady Review: At first, I was skeptical of purchasing the game, I purchased it in an effort to try a new game with some friends. I must say, the gameplay is smooth, and the graphics are not bad at all. There are a few suggestions I have for the developers. Suggestion One: Let there be a way to hide from the Lunch Lady, whether it be by crouching behind a desk or turning off your flashlight in a room and closing the door. Suggestion Two: While playing the game, I have been the prime target for the Lunch Lady, no matter where I run to or for how long, no matter how many rooms I enter, she still manages to follow me to no avail. It would be great if you implemented a system that would allow for someone to get away from the Lunch Lady or add something that we can use to distract her temporarily, like maybe add radios or PA Systems to draw her attention. Suggestion Three: While playing hard mode, my friends and I could not find any medkits, it would be nice if you could add them to this mode. It's "insane" not to have them on hard mode (cue the insane mode reference). Suggestion Four: Maybe consider adding a mode where a player could be the Lunch Lady and hunt other players. Errors Discovered: - Was in multiple lobbies that allowed more than four players. - Sometimes players would become invisible and all you could see was the persons' flashlight on the ground. - Player's in the lobbies that added more than four players could leave the lobby and join back healed after dying. This game is pretty fun and worth the play! Hopefully, the Developers add more content in the future. I will update this review as things are added or updated.
