''The things that I want, by Max Payne.
A smoke
A whiskey.
For the sun to shine.
I want to sleep to forget.
To change the past.
My wife and baby girl back.
Unlimited ammo and a license to kill.
Right then, more than anything,
I wanted her.''

It was one of the first computer games I played, Max Payne 1 and 2 were pretty good, even reading" The Fall of Max Payne", the name of the game, gives me goosebumps. It felt different playing with that strange music that was dark, rainy.
If your game doesn't open, this is how I fixed my problem when you entered the compatibility settings and selected Windows 98 and made sure the game was on the local C disk.Show moreShow less

What can i say? I'm 81, playing PC video games for at least 27 years. Max is my old favorite after Duke Nukem. Max II is more of a movie game with a great sound track.Show moreShow less

Had to get a Steam key for this from Humble Store. ♥♥♥♥ YOU for removing this great game from Steam just to capitalize on the Remakes for these games. Atleast wait until the Remakes are finished before you de-list the games from Steam you absolute worthless idiotic human beings with an IQ lower than the average lifespan of a house fly. You know what? It was actually better this way, because i didn't need to use that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ virus called the Rockstar Launcher to play it.Show moreShow less
