🔴🔴Read this before you download this game. This game (NFS Rivals Complete Edition) no longer provides the listed DLCs due to the server shutdown. No DLC cars or features are available when you download the game directly through Steam or the EA app. According to EA Help, they do not offer the DLCs anymore because they cannot assign them(DLCs) to our EA accounts. Without being linked to our account, the DLCs are not approved, so DLCs cannot be downloaded or played on PC. Only the base game is playable (without multiplayer features and DLCs). Old EA accounts that already owned the game before this server shutdown may still have access to the DLCs when they redownload it. Need for Speed Rivals is the most criminally underrated Need for Speed game ever created. I don't care what anyone says, no other NFS game tenses you up and puts fear in you while racing as Rivals does. This game does Racers vs. Cops properly. Whenever you are the racer, there is no chill zone whatsoever. You are constantly on your toes trying to get away from monstrous police cars as a racer. The police is no joke in this game. They are the toughest police AI and force that you will face in ANY Need for Speed game. When you're on the police side, you can feel the brutal power that comes with your car chasing down delinquent racers street to street. I wish this game got more respect and recognition as it should of. My only gripe is the minimal customization which only ranges from basic vinyl tagging to casual licenses plate editing. Unfortunately the base game is also capped to 30FPS and has terrible anti-aliasing, but these can be fixed with simple launch commands. Copy and paste the following: -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60.0 If you have the horsepower and can run @ a stable 60, you might want to try full screen AA.
