Here's the thing: you kind of already know if you want to play this. From what I've played the game works and is functional, so this lack of a recommendation is not because I think the game is terrible. What I think is that the levels offer up challenges I didn't find interesting to solve, and since a game like this lives and dies on that variety, I just didn't enjoy it. It seems the levels either show you EXACTLY how to solve them, or give you a challenge with no feedback and often limited resources. Like, many levels introduce mechanics without showing you how to use them. It lends itself to experimentation I suppose, and there's no penalty for trying, but I just found it to be inconsistent overall. Hell, I didn't even realize you could free move pieces by holding control until just before I posted this review. I don't know if I missed it, and I don't think a game needs to be excessively tutorialized, but these missions just didn't get me excited to see new pieces and keep playing.Show moreShow less
My gambling addict friend said if I post a review on Poly Bridge and it gets 150 likes and 50 Awards that he will buy me a case of beer and some vodka So i'm just gonna leave this here.Show moreShow less
It starts out fun, but then the levels restrict materials and budget so much that creativity is abolished and you're required to think not "how can I build this?" but "what is the precise solution the developers require for me to figure out?" I'm not salty that I can't do the harder levels. I can. I just don't enjoy tuning pixel-by-pixel until they work as the developer intended.Show moreShow less
"Level Failed." BrIdGe GaMe Forget all the other bridge building game. This game has the most features than any other bridge building games. Seriously. Compared to this game, all other bridge building games looks like crap. -Most games only limit your road bridges to be flat. -Most games don't have hydraulics and stuff, only boring bridges. -Most games force you to unlock levels by completing previous levels or having enough stars. -Some games don't have saving/loading feature for bridges. -Some games force you to make a perfect solution in order to 100% complete the level. -Some games don't have sandbox levels where you can build anything. -Most games don't have DeTeRmInIsTiC pHySiCs EnGiNe (your bridge simulation results can be inconsistent). This game has all the bridge building game offers plus new stuff!. This game has: -Place roads anywhere. -Hydraulics! Springs! -Save your bridge! -Copy/paste and trace tool to speed up building. -All levels are playable from start! -No forced perfect solution. -Sandbox-like level editor for building contraptions to your heart's content! -Colo(u)r blind stress viewing (black and white). -First break indicator to see the root of the problem easily. -D e T e R m I n I s T i C . p H y S i C s . E n G i N e So there you have it, the bridge building game that is objectively better than others, because of the reasons above. Buy this game and uninstall all other bridge building games right away. Hydraulics in this game are about as transparent as obsidian, prepare for hours of headaches and walkthroughs because you will hit the wall and if you don't understand the directional components of hydraulics you will bash your head in. Hydraulics and springs alike are extremely directional, the point of origination is extremely important, and frankly there is no sufficient tutorial for how eye-poppingly irritating they are. It took all the fun out of the game and frankly has ruined it for me.Show moreShow less

Meh. A little better than Polybridge 1 but still suffers from the difficulty spike of 1. Most of the levels after the first world are quite hard. This isn't bad but the difficulty spike is too rapid. The game is quite repetitive with no new concepts after the first world. All the gameplay mechanics have been introduced by then and the only thing to keep the player going is to make the levels more and more challenging and complex. This is ok for a hardcore player but honestly I just want to sit down, make few bridges and chill. I actually have more fun watching youtube videos on how players have solved the levels than playing it. The devs really needed to have a more gradual difficulty escalation (similar to angry birds) and more slowly introduce game play mechanics rather than everything given to you in the first world and then the only thing to look forward to is frustratingly hard levels. I only played the first world and half of the second before uninstalling it. Not for me but I'm glad others like it.Show moreShow less
