I only wish there were chickens in this game. What's the point of putting up fencing if there aren't any chickens? What kind of glade doesn't have chickens? I feel like I'm missing out on ambient clucking as well. Looking forward to DLC (DownLoadable Chickens) to fill the egg-shaped hole in my heart.Show moreShow less
I'm a bit disappointed if Im going to be brutally honest, I was counting down the days to this game and bought it right at launch, however its so... hollow? dont get me wrong its cute but youll get bored after a few hours, i was under the impression the game upon launch would have a larger amount of content but its literally just the demo with slightly more space, and a few other seasons to play around with. You literally get one new type of actual window and sure a bunch of new colours for your buildings, you can add ponds now and one generic type of tree and plant. Things I think should have been just in the game at this point, waterfalls or running water of literal any type, multi levelled hills/cliffs, (even just two levels of hills on top of eachother would be wonderful), the ability to actually put the sheep and ducks were you'd like them to be, (like pens for example) Id also really like more options for decorations around the outside of the buildings, its extremely confusing trying to figure out what specific position I need to put a window in to get a cute barrel or wagon to pop up. I am enjoying the game but i wouldn't pay 20 bucks for it at this point, id definitely grab it when its on sale and I hope it gets some fun updates and improvements.Show moreShow less
Is the game broken? I couldn't find any microtransactions, and the game didn't even let me login. The buildings don't give any xp and the quest log is missing. I clicked the sheep a bunch of times but they wouldn't explode. My sims never left their home. I couldn't find the enemy base. There's no weapon customization. Why do I feel so serene...Show moreShow less
(This isn't meant to be a negative review, it's a mixed one) Tiny Glade is absolutely gorgeous and adorable, there's a lot to love here but I'm really disappointed over the glaring lack of decorations and variety currently available. For example, there's only one type of path, one type of flower, one type of fence, one pond etc For a sandbox game it does feel rather barebones and limited in content. I don't regret purchasing the game because I think the devs are incredibly talented and deserve all the praise Tiny Glade gets, IMO I'm just holding off on fully recommending this game to everyone until more content for it is released. I'll more than happily change my review to positive then ^-^Show moreShow less
I am a 75 year old disabled man with not much to do. I came across this game by chance and gave it a try. The 11 hours is a moment. One thing I've enjoyed is being able to amble along making mistakes and finding neat ways to do things without any distracting input. I'm building my first little village following logical steps in regard to gov't, food, transport, population, industry, the whole nine yards, but keeping it in line with historical accuracy. I don't think I need speak further as to whether or not I enjoy and recommend this game. Addendum: I'm still playing a year later and plan to continue indefinitely. 9/30/25Show moreShow less
There's very few negative feedback on this game but from the few i read i can agree on it. The game feels kind of bare bones for right now. For the price of 12.74 as of right now its OK but after the sale its not really worth it as of right now. You cant place individual props around, make holes, change the type of flowers you place down, make farms, build stables, add wells, the list goes on. This game has a ton of potential and I can't wait to return to a more polish and finished product. I would love to see a road map to know what can we expect from the steam page it self. Things I would love to see is: - More props to be placed down individually - More doors and windows options - Farms that you can make fields from - Animals such as dogs, cats, horses, and more - Maybe add mythical creatures to make your creation more magical - Different path types like brick and gravel - More fence options - In general more is better.Show moreShow less

I think this game is beautiful. But it really feels unfinished to me. It should be an early access game at this point. Yes people are building amazing worlds with what they have. Which is great and all. But for a lot of us players. We need more content. Just to clarify what I mean. Here is a list of everything that should be added or fixed: - Being able to choose decorations instead of it being random. - Adding a grid to snap for precise placement. This should have a toggle on/off feature. When trying to make a stone floor there are lines that show up between each one and it looks ugly. Why can't I place a straight wall? Snapping would fix this. - More animals and add PEOPLE walking around! The world feels so empty and boring. - The flower tool should be more precise and customizable. It randomly adds bushes and ruins areas you want to touch up. - The path tool should have more options. Like a cobblestone path or just stone like mentioned above for example. I do not like that I have to use a path to create an arch. Especially when it looks ugly in certain places. Archways should be a separate function altogether. - Adding crops for farm areas would be amazing! - I see no good reason for why the map is so large and yet we have a very small area to work with. Performance issues perhaps? Well fix it... The small bounding box really limits what we can create. - The water looks great. But you can't contour down a hill. It just cuts into the extruded area and looks dumb. I would also like to see waterfalls and perhaps boats and more fine tuned docks. - I would be very thankful if there was a separate stair tool. Using the path tool is very challenging and annoying! Side note: the stairs/path tool being used up a steep hill doesn't work. It's way too steep. - The Eraser tool a lot of the times completely ruins the integrity of what I am working on. What I mean by this is it will completely change the shape/structure of what I am trying to work on. - Also I would love to copy and paste instead of having to do each thing that I want the same over and over again.Show moreShow less
I’ve been playing the demo of Tiny Glade for a bit now, and it’s just such a relaxing experience. The game isn’t about winning or managing resources, which is a breath of fresh air and just chill. It’s all about creativity. You just build and doodle castles and cottages, and the game does this beautiful job of filling in the details. The best part -- there is no grid. Everything feels organic and free-flowing. If you’re into just chilling and building cute little worlds without any pressure, this is for you. Honestly, its just the perfect game to unwind with after a long day. Highly recommend!Show moreShow less
Cute but Disappointing After eagerly awaiting this game for so long, I have to admit I'm disappointed. The game is undeniably cute, and I love building games. To start on a positive note, everything you create looks fantastic. Everything is beautiful, and everything is cute. However, the reason I stop playing after just 10 minutes is the extremely limited set of tools. I searched everywhere—other reviews, livestreams, videos—to see if I was missing something. To my surprise, everyone seems so excited about the possibilities, and I just don't get it. Sure, you can achieve a lot with just a few tools, but the options feel so limited and repetitive that it doesn't seem like a game you can enjoy for long.Show moreShow less
