I have beaten the game in one hour exactly! The difference from the original ubermosh -Psyonic mana explosions from time to time in addition to the burst from the 2nd game. -Endless maps and nowhere to hide like in the 3rd game -Mana oriented class -Improved version of the red shotgun - green shotgun with golden bullets. -Swarm of flying bullets chasing you from time to time Everything else is the same: STEP - 1 - Drop into the battlefield STEP - 2 - Find the red shotgun ASAP STEP - 3 - Find the green shotgun ASAP STEP - 4 - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=866193440Show moreShow less

At first, I didn’t know what was happening. One blink, and the game was over. But as time passed, I began to transcend my human form, shedding the limits of my speed. As my divine body emerged from the light, my brain stopped processing information. I was dodging this bullet hell purely on instinct. I blacked out after 100 straight hours of transcending the limits of humanity, yet my body kept playing UBERMOSH:WRAITH on its own. I have reached a state close to Ultra Instinct. In the coming days, I may unlock the Kamehameha or Makankōsappō. I’ll update this review to keep you all informed about my godly transformation.Show moreShow less
Morlan's shorts: A generic overhead-ish shooter, with low-res graphics and very loud music for which, irksomely enough, there's no volume slider. Run around trying to survive the given countdown. That's it.. No other levels, no other baddies, no bosses. It's way too difficult as enemies swarm all around you almost as fast as you can run, fire-frequency is quite low, there's no auto-fire but for one character, the sword mechanism gizmo becomes tiresome quickly and there's not even a PAUSE button to scratch your.. belly. I can't see the appeal of this game.. It looks ugly, not retro, maybe it's the rush of the music?.. The gameplay is too simple yet frantic but too frustrating. And there's 6-7 of these games..all pretty much the same/similar gameplay and practically same graphics/music. It's a case where dedicated fans are ecstatic but everyone else wonders why.. There's certainly an audience for this game but I think it's quite limited. (Or they haven't played other similarliy action-oriented games and there's plenty of these around) PS. For a proper "retro" and "cult-classic" game, checkout "Robotron 2084" videos. It was done over 35 years ago, has a certain similarity in gameplay, it's very difficult but fair, frantic but not frustrating.. But it just is more fun to play.. EDIT: Re-worded a bit. Less references.. Don't waste more time reading lengthy reviews.. time is of the essence!Show moreShow less

The Ubermosh game-series is a retro style pixel survival game from a top down view. The game's point is basically cutting your enemies bullets with your sword. The devs have put out at least 5 of these games, and they're all more or less identical. This, coupled with a lot of seemingly fake reviews to give this game a positive rating should give you an idea about the developer we're dealing with here. The game itself has pretty horribly low quality retro pixel graphics, because the developer has mot likely not used a real graphics artist to get them done. Resolution is fixed, and the controls are not bad but not great either. The gameplay is quite boring 2D survival shooting action, and the same has been done better on a lot of games already, years ago. The game doesn't really offer anything over other games in the same category. As you can play this genre of games for free in Flash, there's really no justification for paying for any one of the many re-releases of Ubermosh the devs keep pumping out. The game can be used as a time-killer though, which is why the total score will be a 3/10.Show moreShow less
