Fresh Twist on Dorm Gaming! "Honor of Kings" Card Game "Clash of Canyons" Officially Announced
Last night I lost so many games with my roommate that I was completely tilted, but I cracked up seeing the news today. Honor of Kings finally released physical trading cards, so there's a new way to team up in the dorm. No need to stare at the phone screen and swipe away anymore; we can still spar with the bros. This kind of game where you can hurt each other face-to-face is the joy we really want. Used to always yell at the screen, but slamming cards on the table feels even better.
This is a joint launch by Kayou and the official Honor of Kings team, called "Canyon Clash."
Heard the gameplay is easy to pick up, and supporting offline battles with friends is super convenient.
The card designs look high-quality; collecting them and displaying them on the bookshelf will surely look awesome.
Plus, it features innovative competitive mechanics, so it won't feel dull or meaningless.

For junior students like us, the social experience matters more than anything else.
Single-player games equal no soul to me; I just can't muster any interest in playing them.
The most outrageous part is that later on, we won't even need WiFi to play Honor of Kings on the cafeteria table.
Laughing until our stomachs hurt while playing together as a group of four, you really can't ask for more joy than this.
If we can eat late-night snacks while playing cards, that would be even happier than getting a perfect score on an exam.

The officials already announced today that it's coming soon, so all you bros can get ready. "Gather together for the love of battle and fight freely"—hearing that phrase alone gets the blood pumping. As long as it brings everyone together to play, the format really doesn't matter at all.
