Resident Evil 8 hits a record-low 42.08 yuan

Resident Evil Village is the lead deal in Gamersky Mall's seven-day record-low sale, which has now reached day 5. This round's featured major-title deal puts Capcom's horror-action game at 42.08 yuan, below its Steam historical low of 49.5 yuan, with hundreds of other games included and multiple major titles dropping under previous record lows.

The number is eye-catching without needing much dressing up. A Capcom game that originally sold for 198 yuan is now down to 42.08 yuan. Steam's historical low is 49.5 yuan, and this promotion takes another step below that, effectively 15% under the Steam low.

Resident Evil Village is not exactly easygoing. It leans hard on horror atmosphere while keeping real action pressure on the player. But its pacing is sharp, and its momentum is strong. It is not necessarily something you play every single day, yet opening it for a short session at night can quickly drag you back into the village.

This is not a single-game discount, either. Gamersky Mall's sale runs for 7 days, and today is already day 5. Official information says hundreds of games are participating, with many major releases priced below their historical lows. For anyone looking to add to a backlog, it is worth browsing beyond the headline deal.

One practical detail matters here: the Gamersky app game store now supports coin offsets on game purchases. If you have been saving coins, this promotion can trim the checkout price a little further. It will not transform the deal, but seeing a few yuan disappear from the final price does make the purchase easier to justify.

The buying advice is straightforward. If you have not played Resident Evil Village and you are fine with horror, 42.08 yuan is a price worth considering. If it is already sitting in your Steam library, there is no need to buy it again on impulse. Sale pages are built to turn curiosity into a cart.

Timing is the main constraint: the event is already on day 5, so there is not much time left. Before buying, check the version, platform, and redemption rules carefully. The best deal is still the one you will actually play.
