Opening the Epic Games Store this week feels a bit like stepping into a general store: on the left is Electrician Simulator, where you show up with a toolbox to get the job done; on the right is a World of Warships bundle that charges straight into the sea aboard a destroyer. The styles couldn’t be more different, but they share one very simple thing in common — both are free to claim right now.

First, the claim details. This week’s free additions include Electrician Simulator and the World of Warships Epic Anniversary Ishizuchi Pack, available from now until 23:00 on March 26. On March 26, the next batch of free content will go live, namely Havendock and Hyper Echelon, with the promotion running until April 2.
The name Electrician Simulator already makes its gameplay pretty clear: you are the electrician taking jobs and making house calls, installing outlets, repairing equipment, assembling appliances, changing light bulbs, and laying electrical wiring — one task after another. It’s not the kind of game that wins with spectacle; it feels more like a “life profession RPG” — no dragon-slaying epic, but plenty of satisfaction in untangling a complete mess and putting everything back in order. If you enjoy simulation and career-experience games, this one is well worth claiming. Even if you don’t play it right away, it costs nothing to add it to your library.

On the other side, the World of Warships Epic Anniversary Ishizuchi Pack feels more like a supply crate prepared for naval combat players. This bundle was once a limited-time exclusive DLC released for the 5th anniversary of World of Warships on Epic, and now it’s available to claim again. It includes the Japanese bonus destroyer “Tachibana” and 5 permanent “Epic” camouflages. For players already playing World of Warships, the value of this kind of bundle is often more immediate than “getting some unfamiliar little game for free”; and for passersby, it at least offers a low-barrier reason to dip their toes into naval warfare.

If I had to give one recommendation for this week’s freebies, my conclusion would be: claim both. Electrician Simulator leans more toward single-player and stress relief, making it a good fit for anyone wanting a change of pace; the World of Warships bundle is more like long-term live-service content, better suited to players already in the fleet or thinking about getting into the game. Epic’s giveaway strategy has become increasingly clear over the past few years: it’s no longer just about whether something is “expensive” or not, but also about drawing different kinds of players into the store — today they hand you a screwdriver, tomorrow they slip you a boat ticket.
As for next week, Havendock and Hyper Echelon will become available to claim on March 26 and remain free until April 2. If this week’s offerings don’t quite interest you, don’t rush to close the page — the next round might just be your real main quest. For freebie hunters, Epic’s biggest appeal has never really been “play immediately,” but rather that every week feels like passing through a new town and casually picking up any gear that might come in handy later.
