threezero opened Mecha Exhibition 2026 Osaka at Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Umeda in Osaka, Japan, and used the event to show Japan its first public look at two fully articulated 1/6-scale Fallout power armor color prototypes: T-51 Vault Tech Power Armor and T-60 Power Armor Rust Color. The exhibition runs until August 16.
Under the display lights, threezero's weathering gives the armor the battered, lived-in look of gear that has spent years in the wasteland. The T-51 Vault Tech Power Armor uses a Vault-Tec color scheme, with a clean white that nods to shelter life. The T-60 Power Armor Rust Color goes in the opposite direction, with rusted iron tones that suggest something pulled from a collapsed bunker before the radioactive air cleared. They are still display models, but they carry the weight of post-nuclear fatigue.

These are not static showpieces meant only for display. The line uses an inner-frame body with more than 35 points of articulation, while the armor parts connect through magnets and can be removed or swapped freely. The pieces are also fully compatible with other Fallout armor products in the same series. Add the helmet's LED light-up function, and the figure does more than reproduce a wasteland survivor; it puts that survival gear into a poseable form built for a shelf.

For collectors, the appeal is not scale alone. threezero knows the emotional core of Fallout power armor: decay, weight, and a low-grade sense of danger. At the same event, threezero is also showing new mecha and robot items from Transformers, Ghost in the Shell, Mega Man X, and other IPs, making the show feel less like a single-franchise display and more like a high-end hardware lineup under bright lights.

If you already collect threezero's Fallout power armor, these two prototypes are a natural extension. If you only want one centerpiece, the T-51 Vault Tech Power Armor fits Vault-Tec nostalgia, while the T-60 Power Armor Rust Color is the better pick for anyone drawn to battle-damaged wasteland aesthetics. The point is not just how dirty the paint looks, but how firmly threezero has translated that end-of-the-world mood into a 1/6-scale armored body.
