Nvidia's cloud gaming now supports RTX 5080, enabling 5K gameplay for Black Myth and Cyberpunk 2077

NVIDIA has unlocked RTX 5080-class performance across nearly the entire GeForce NOW Ultimate library. The top-tier cloud hardware, previously limited to select titles, now runs on all Ready-to-Play games.

Ultimate subscribers can now run Black Myth: Wukong and Cyberpunk 2077 at 5K 120 FPS or 1080p 360 FPS on phones and tablets during commutes. DLSS 4 multi-frame generation and Reflex low-latency tech deliver smooth performance on devices that couldn't handle these games locally.

Sixteen games join the service in May. Forza Horizon 6 will be playable on launch day, and 007 Legends arrives May 27 alongside its retail release. For casual players who haven't upgraded their GPUs, this expansion offers a practical alternative.

Network quality remains the bottleneck. Even RTX 5080 performance can't compensate for unstable bandwidth. Test the free tier first to check latency before committing to Ultimate—short commutes leave no room for stuttering.
