The architecture closely matches Rockstar's second official trailer—but there's a catch. The PS5 automatically suspends any running game when the system menu is accessed, meaning GTA VI's environment and the PS5 interface could never coexist in the same frame. The image is almost certainly fake.

What makes this troubling isn't the fakery itself, but how effortless it has become. Current AI image generators allow anyone to produce photorealistic game scenes with minimal effort. Community members have already replicated nearly identical scenes using Midjourney—building lines, lighting atmosphere—matching the official trailer almost perfectly. Even more telling: every supposed GTA VI leak that has surfaced so far has drawn from areas already shown in official marketing. Not a single new scene—no beaches, airports, or interior spaces—has appeared. This latest "leak" follows the same pattern, with building angles and lighting conditions almost identical to trailer footage.

The real damage here is gradual desensitization. When AI makes it trivial to mass-produce "leaks," genuine information gets buried under noise. The next time something surfaces claiming to be from GTA VI, maybe I'll just check how my PS5 actually works first.
