At ChinaJoy, Kingsoft Shiyou drew steady foot traffic to its N2-01 booth inside the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, with Goose Goose Duck doing much of the work. According to the on-site report, visitors were less content to browse than they had been on day one, and more willing to join the booth activities, especially after the announced Goose Goose Duck and JX3 Online crossover gave them a reason to queue, pose, and share.
The booth works best as a sequence of small, purposeful interactions. Compared with day one, more visitors were no longer just passing through; they were looking for the next activity, waiting their turn, taking photos, and posting the result. Each game area had a clear job: visitors were being asked to do something, not just look.

For Goose Goose Duck, the "Rub the Xuanjing Duck" interaction works because it asks almost nothing from the player. The rules are simple, the payoff is instant, and the photo-friendly setup turns the line itself into something people can photograph and post. The bigger hook, though, is the officially announced crossover with JX3 Online. Its dedicated area recreates classic wuxia spaces including Guangdu Town and Juyi Hall, placing the social deduction game inside a recognizable Jianghu frame.

That crossover area is helped by the cosplayers on site. Shaolin, Qixiu, Chunyang, Tiance, and Wanhua all appeared, with cosplayers from the five major sects taking photos and interacting with players. For longtime JX3 Online players, those sect symbols carry the pull of old attachments. For Goose Goose Duck players, the appeal is seeing their game folded into another community's iconography. Either way, the useful lesson is specific: keeping people in place usually means turning "I saw the IP" into "I stepped into the IP."

The Cats & Soup area moves at the other end of the spectrum. Its "Magic Treehouse" setup gives visitors a quieter stop inside the busy hall. Cat-themed cosplayers, cat mascot photo opportunities, an MBTI cat personality test, and a Meow Meow cycling activity keep the area relaxed and deliberately low pressure. The goal is not intensity. It is a low-friction way for players to enter a soft, comfort-focused interaction.

Angry Birds: Classic Returns is the booth's most straightforward nostalgia play. The giant Red mascot handles the first step: getting people to stop. The demo area then brings back the classic slingshot gameplay. Returning players can fall back into the old rhythm of adjusting angles again and again. New players can understand within a few minutes why this IP stayed with a generation.

The practical route is simple. If time is limited, start with the Goose Goose Duck crossover area, because its queue and photo demand are more concentrated. If you need a breather, move to Cats & Soup. Then close with Angry Birds: Classic Returns, which is the easiest setup to understand at a glance.
Kingsoft Shiyou's ChinaJoy booth will remain open at N2-01 in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The more interesting read is this: offline interaction is turning virtual game content into real-world social material. Players are not only coming to ChinaJoy to look at games. They are also using the show floor to show, and share, which communities they feel part of.
