Concord Drops to $35 with New Update, Online Player Count at 26
Everywhere has permanently dropped to $34.99 for the standard edition and $47.99 for the deluxe edition, alongside a major update called Blacklisted. Developer Build a Rocket Boy announced the move on Steam, attempting a Cyberpunk 2077-style redemption arc.

The price cut is nearly 50%, paired with roughly an hour of new mission content—a reasonable gesture. Blacklisted was originally a Hitman crossover mission that survived after publisher IO Interactive pulled out, essentially repurposed content. BARB promises ongoing updates through Arcadia, the built-in UGC platform, a model GTA Online has proven viable.

The foundation is already cracked. SteamDB shows 26 concurrent players—an embarrassing figure for a AAA title that launched last year. IGN scored it 4/10 at release, triggering layoffs at BARB and a lawsuit from employees alleging secret surveillance software on their devices. The studio blamed internal saboteurs, a claim that drew skepticism.

At $35, Everywhere enters impulse-buy territory, and the update roadmap could theoretically pull in fence-sitters. But Cyberpunk's turnaround relied on CDPR's brand equity and technical chops. BARB, founded by Rockstar North's former creative director, has neither the reputation nor the demonstrated execution. The 26-player count is a market verdict. This pricing looks more like damage control than a comeback launch.
