Cyberpunk 2077 Become Reality? OPPO's April Fools' Umbrella Stunt
Rain falls on streets reminiscent of Night City, and we're always anticipating the moment of gear upgrades. The Find U Smart Umbrella brought by OPPO this time is just like a legendary item dropped from Cyberpunk 2077. Surprisingly, a flexible 4K screen is integrated inside the umbrella; opening it creates an immersive mobile cinema.

Fingerprint recognition on the handle not only unlocks it, but a long press switches the umbrella's surface color, as simple as changing skins. In Sunny Mode, it absorbs solar energy for wireless charging, and built-in ultrasonic vibration enables self-drying, so you never have to worry about bringing it indoors wet. The most outrageous part is the built-in micro-propellers, providing 0.5G of forward thrust; walking in wind and rain feels like activating a speed hack. Officially claimed to have undergone 600,000 open-close tests, it uses premium vegan leather and reaches an IP59 waterproof standard.
Officials claim the Find U represents the peak of atmospheric interaction engineering, transcending a simple rain protection tool. However, the release date is set for April 31st, a non-existent date hinting at its April Fool's joke nature. The player community is joking that this is a god-tier cheat tool for rainy days, hoping it can be implemented into real life in the future. Although this is a creative display, the boundary between technology and life is blurring. For players, while this interaction engineering hasn't landed yet, it points out the direction of evolution for future gear; we look forward to the day when we can truly equip it.
