Metaphor: ReFantazio Characters Join Tekken 8 Roster – Hulkenberg and Heismay Playable
A modder recently dropped Stellar Blade's Eve and Tachy into Tekken 8, replacing Heihachi Mishima and Reina's character models. The comment section predictably went wild.

Watching Eve swing her greatsword across a Tekken stage while pummeling Tachy feels jarring at first glance. But Stellar Blade is an action game at its core—Eve's combat style translates to a fighting game framework better than you'd expect. The creator went all-in with multiple fan art pieces and video clips, from flame-lit arenas to moonlit standoffs. Every frame screams "I actually put effort into this."

Player interpretations ran the full spectrum. Some framed it as Eve teaching Tachy self-defense, which tracks with Eve's protective instincts in the source material. Others joked it's Tachy hitting her rebellious phase and squaring up against mom. That's the appeal of fan mods—same content, wildly different narratives depending on who's watching.

Technically, this mod holds up. Character models, animation rigging, and scene integration all show polish—this isn't a lazy asset swap. For Stellar Blade fans, it's solid fanservice content. But if you're chasing competitive Tekken matches, stick with the vanilla roster. Eve's greatsword wasn't designed with fighting game balance in mind.
