Managing a medieval settlement with resources, population, and military readiness all pressing down on you at once, where every decision carries cascading costs — that's the systemic framework Nest of the Fallen sets out to build.
Developed by 1M Bits Horde, this medieval RPG officially launched into Early Access on February 25, with a launch price of ¥52.2 in the China region, with the discount running through March 5.

From a systems design perspective, the game's core gameplay runs along three parallel tracks: rallying survivors, establishing a settlement, crafting items and developing skills — all layered on top of brutal medieval combat. Solo and co-op survival are both supported.

Less than a week after launch, the game has already accumulated 120 reviews on Steam, with an overall positive rate of 80%, earning it a "Very Positive" rating. The data reveals an interesting split: the Simplified Chinese region shows 49 reviews with a 92% positive rate, while the English-speaking region shows 37 reviews at 76% — Chinese players are clearly more receptive to this kind of systems-driven survival builder.

The catch, however, is that player consensus is equally consistent: the EA build has noticeable rough edges, and the systems aren't fully polished yet. That said, the gameplay foundation is solid, and for strategy players willing to grow alongside a game, the current asking price isn't too steep a commitment.
